Return and Exchange Policy

We at Omni Vapes wants your vaping experience to be joyful and satisfying. We offer high quality products and hopefully, a service that you can depend on. We at Omni Vapes offer a 7 day return policy from date of receiving the item, for all items purchased on our website “Omnivapes.ca”, and a 14 day return policy for items purchased in store. All instore returns must be returned to the store location that you purchased the item at. All requested returns are from date of purchase, on any DOA (dead on arrival), or unopened and unused items, that are still in the original manufacturer packaging. Original proof of purchase receipt and the original item and packaging must be presented to receive your refund.

Consumables such as e-juice, coils, tanks, rebuilds, parts, and accessories, will be a final sale unless there is a manufacturer defect.

We leave it to you to inspect and to be satisfied with the products that you received.

We at Omni Vapes, want our customers to be truly satisfied with our service and products. We will always do our best to resolve any dissatisfaction issues you are experiencing.

If Omni Vape makes a shipping error in product, please contact our customer service department within 48 hours of receiving your wrong shipment. You can contract us via email at “sales@omnivapes.ca”

OUR 30 DAY WARRANTY

We at Omni Vapes offer a 30 day limited warranty from date of receiving your order for any manufacturing defects. Consumers are responsible for all shipping costs in returning your product. We will cover the shipping costs back to you.
We try our best to cover most of the items we sell to you under our 30 day warranty. Unfortunately, there are some items that we cannot cover.

The following items and conditions are not covered under our warranty:

  • All E-Liquids, because they are personal, and direct to your use, are not covered under warranty.
  • All consumable items such as Atomizers, tanks, coils and disposable e-cigarettes are subject to our Dead on Arrival (DOA) policy.
  • Any damaged or failure caused by misuse, abuse, and/or any type modifications or repairs.
  • Chargers and Batteries are only subject to our manufacturer DOA defects. Any misuse or abuse to chargers and batteries will not be subject to our warranty and return policy.

A number of our products that we sell, comes with a manufacturer warranty, which should be dealt directly with the manufacturer. Please search for their warranty on their linked website.

RETURN/EXCHANGE ON-LINE AND IN-STORE CREDITS

All items that are covered under our warranty and DOA policy are eligible for a refund or in-store credit.

All items purchased on our web site, “Omnivapes.ca” that are subject to an exchange, must have claim submitted within 7 days of receipt of your order, through our customer service email, sales@omnivapes.com. Your claim should include a detailed description of your reason for the return, and your order number and/or receipt illustrating which product is in question.

If you enquiry is eligible for the return, Omni Vapes will issue you a “Return Authorization Number, RAN, and a return shipping label. Your RAN must be displayed on the package. Shipping costs on approved replacement orders due to our return policy will be at no charge.

All items purchased in our store has a 14 day return policy that is subject to our return, exchange and warranty policy. Original receipt and manufacturing packaging must be presented.

All refunds should be processed within 72 hours.

SHIPPING and PROOF OF AGE

There will be free shipping on all orders exceeding $75.00 before tax.

Our primary courier for Omni Vapes is Canada Post. On normal shipping conditions, please allow 3-5 business days for delivery. All orders placed via our website, “Omnivapes.ca” will be shipped the next business day.

Canada Post requires a proof of age for all deliveries from Omni Vapes. There will be no exception to this policy. Any items returned to Omni Vapes due to an item not being able to be delivered due to a proof of age verification, shipping charges will be deducted from your exchange or instore credit amount.

Your order are automatically tracked when we ship your order to you. Any orders lost or damaged is the responsibility of the freight company. Any orders lost or wrongly delivered is not the fault of Omni Vapes, and may cause delays in receiving your order.
